What do I need to bring?

Please bring a water bottle, towel, yoga mat, 5-10 lbs. dumbells, and a resistance band.

 

What type of people go to camp?

This is a womens only bootcamp.  Our groups consist of your everyday, average women.  You DO NOT need to be in shape to do this bootcamp.  The bootcamp is suppose to get you in shape.

 

What is a typical day like at camp?

We do a variety of exercises so that your body will not adapt to the workout.  We will do mat work, running less than a mile, weight training, circuit training, jump rope, core stregthening.  On special days we play fun games and/or relays.

 

Will I be sore sometimes?

You will probably be sore for the first 2-3 days.  After doing the camp for the first 2 weeks you shouldn't be as sore as often.

 

How soon will I see results?

You should start to see results with in 2-4 weeks

 

What kind of results should I expect?

If you are watching what you are eating, you should see 3-5% reduction in your bodyfat, improved posture, improved sleep, 5-12 pounds of weight loss, 1-3 inche decrease in misection, 25%improvement in endurance and increased stregnth.

 

What if I signed up for 2 days and I now want to add one more day to my program?

You can absolutely add more days to your program at anytime.
